The €400,000 price tag is becoming a common denominator for many of the new residential developments taking shape in Malaga city. The latest of these, developed by Urbea in the Puerto de la Torre district, is a prime example. Although the operation is still pending and the final prices of the houses have yet to be set, the developer’s website does specify that the starting price is €397,500 (excluding taxes).
