Neither Madrid nor Barcelona: the fashionable city sells mini apartments measuring 30 square meters for €450,000.
The capital of the Costa del Sol is one of the cities in Spain with the highest price per square meter.
A foreign investor is renovating the old building that housed the Costa del Sol School of Tourism to build 15 floors, adding to other initiatives such as those previously carried out by the developers Urbea and Adendia. Specifically, the new homes will be built in building number 14 on Paseo de Sancha, an old house that has been listed in the Andalusian Historical Heritage Catalog since 2013.
The work will be led by architects Antonio Luis García-Fresneda and Juan Manuel Zamora, in collaboration with technical architect Pablo Pastor. The developer in charge of the project is Luxy Sancha Apartments.
