Malaga launches a real estate laboratory with 30 companies to anticipate the major challenges facing the sector

In a context of rapid transformation in the real estate sector, nearly thirty companies have joined forces around the Real Estate Alfil Chair at San Telmo Business School, a space for reflection, analysis, and the generation of proposals that has become a professional benchmark for real estate in southern Europe in just one year.

The initiative, which closes its first season on June 2 and 3, has addressed the major challenges facing the housing market over the last year, from financing to digitization, access to housing, and new business models.

Under the academic direction of Professor Eduardo Olaya Estefan, and with the financial support of Alfil Patrimonial Socimi S.A., the chair has brought together companies from all over Andalusia linked to development, investment, architecture, consulting, and financing. Throughout the 2024-2025 academic year, prominent voices such as Gerard Duelo (General Council of COAPIS), Patricia De Melo e Liz (Savills Portugal), Blanca Hernández (Techo Hogar), María Sigüenza (Council of Europe Development Bank), and Cristina Reina (Arcano Partners), among others, have participated.
