The Mediterranean Real Estate Exhibition (Simed), which will hold its 20th edition from November 7 to 9 at the Malaga Trade Fair and Congress Center, will offer visitors more than 9,000 new and used homes in 63 Spanish municipalities this year. There will be a notable presence from Malaga (which accounts for more than half of the housing on offer, according to sources at the Exhibition Center) and the Andalusian coast, as well as from the Valencia, Canary Islands, Madrid, and Catalonia regions. The offering also includes international properties located in destinations such as Cancun (Mexico), as well as developable plots for those seeking investment opportunities in land.
